Each adult (18+) who will live in the home completes a separate application. There's a $50 non-refundable fee per applicant, paid by Zelle after you submit.

Employment & income
Current and previous employers, plus two recent pay stubs or other proof of income.
Rental history
Addresses and landlord contacts for the last five years.
Credit references
Any current lenders, balances and monthly payments.
Animals
Photos of each pet, or a doctor's note for an assistance animal.
Emergency contacts
Names and phone numbers for three people.
Vehicles
Year, make, model and plate for each vehicle or trailer.
Driver's license
Your license number and a photo of the card.
