About us
About Skidmore Realty: family-run real estate in Peoria, AZ
We help West Valley families sell their homes, buy their homes, rent out their homes and find homes to rent.
Our story
Service and integrity, not just transactions
Skidmore Realty & Property Management LLC is a full-service real estate company based in Peoria, Arizona. We serve the West Valley of Phoenix and select cities across the rest of the Valley.
When it's time to sell, we have the experience and know-how to market your home everywhere buyers look: the MLS, the internet and a sign out front. In a tough market or a traditional one, we'll be there.
For buyers, we bring a working knowledge of today's market to help you find your dream home or your next investment property. And for landlords, our fee-based management keeps costs low so more of the rent stays with you.
Client stories
Owners stay for years. That's the whole review.
“Brady at Skidmore managed a property for me for over 10 years. He did an amazing job and always found great tenants.”
“I highly recommend this company! We hired Brady Skidmore in 2011 to manage two rental properties for us. For the last 9 years we never had to worry about a thing!”
“Working with him to buy our home was so nice. Every time I called he was there for me — even when I thought it was a dumb question.”
